A 300 gram cake of Bai Mu Dan white tea harvested by hand in the spring of 2009 in Fuding, Fujian Province. Contains more buds than leaves and is very smooth with a slightly earthy, woody, very sweet flavor. It was pressed into cakes in 2010. It has aged in a dry warehouse.
Bai Mu Dan is also called White Peony.
Break off a small piece of Bai Mu Dan with a butter knife or tea knife, break the leaves apart with your fingers and brew using your preferred method.
Our cake of 2009 Bai Mu Dan can be steeped many times.

This tea is wrapped in the original paper from 2009 and is in excellent condition. Will be shipped in a large zipper lock bag.
