Our 2018 Bai Ye Dan Cong Oolong Tea comes from a small, family owned tea garden in Liziping Village, Fenghuang, Hunan Province, and has an exquisite oolong flavor.
Harvested on March 28, 2018, this loose leaf dan cong was processed completely by hand except for sorting. It has been medium roasted over lychee charcoal which does not create smoke or add flavor to the tea.
Our 2018 Bai Ye Dan Cong oolong tea will steep several times.

This tea is packaged in thick, bpa-free plastic bags with a reusable zip lock top to keep your tea fresh. One side is black, the other side clear. All bags are heat sealed.
By the 8oz cup: 1-2 teaspoon of tea (3g). Steep for 3-5 minutes at 212F.
By the gallon: 8-16 teaspoons of tea (25g). Steep for 3-5 minutes at 212F.
Use of a gaiwan is highly recommended to get the best out of this tea. Start with a quick rinse at 212F followed by repeated steeps at 212F. A 10 second first steep works well.
