Lao Cong Shui Xian oolong tea is a half rock tea grown in the ban yan area of the Dahongpao Scenic Area in Wuyi. This tea is also called Narcisssus or Water Sprite. Lao Cong means that the tea was harvested from old bushes. Our Shui Xian was harvested from 60 year old bushes.
Grown and harvested by hand, this Lao Cong Shui Xian has been medium roasted over lychee charcoal. Lychee charcoal produces no smoke and adds no flavor.
An exceptional honey flavor with a long lasting aftertaste.
