Mao Feng Long March Green Tea is harvested and processed only during the month of March. It has a very limited production period and is an excellent example of the high quality traditional teas still being produced by the smaller niche producers in Fujian Province. Quality and nuance can change from year to year the way fine wines of different vintages display subtle shifts in character. Tends slightly astringent and with oak undertones.
