Organic Congou Black Tea from Qimen, China, is packed with rich, brisk flavor and a refreshing, slightly sweet finish. Great care and skill are required to produce the thin and tight strips without breaking the leaves.
Coungou in used in some Chinese tea ceremonies and became a preferred tea in America in the 19th century. While grown in the same region, Congou is not a true Keemun tea.
